Founded in 1966, Le Pèle comes back to life in the heart of Rue des Moulins.

At the table.

On rue des Moulins, Le Pèle brings together a restaurant, a listening bar and a club. In the kitchen, chef Axel Ballet serves sharing plates, with a menu combining seasonal produce, Nordic influences and French references.

MUSIC / THE PLACE

Kosme’s records.

Kosme is Le Pèle’s resident DJ and artistic director. His vinyl collection fills the shelves behind the decks. He shapes the programme and invites other DJs to play at this listening bar and club. Disco, funk and house are played through a Palladium Audio system.

The DJR 400 is a four-channel mixer made by Paris-based French manufacturer Électronique & Spectacle. Designed by Jérôme Barbé and DJ Deep, it uses rotary knobs to adjust the volume of each source.
